Amazing management, and maintenance
My mother has been a 10+ yr resident, and I currently am a resident as well. Arbors at Georgetown staff has always been ... amazing. Diandrea, the manager, is always kind and courteous. If you have any issues within your apartment, or the property she makes sure to take care of all of it quickly and efficiently. She has been with the company throughout the years my mother has resided at georgetown. Cordell, & Dan - the maintenance gentleman have always been quick to respond to maintenance issues, and are friendly and courteous as well. They too have been with the company many years. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure residents are safe and happy. The prices for the units are fair, and worth the value 10 times over. Apartments are clean, and like mini condos. The complex is quiet and almost all residents are respectful and kind too. I recommend anyone looking for a place to call home in Lansing to look into Arbors at Georgetown ??😌 it's a cozy, comfortable place right in the city. ?? I have lived at Georgetown for the past two years and absolutely love it. The area is perfect for me because there isn't ... a lot or noise or traffic. DiAndrea White and the other office staff are always professional, kind and courteous. Anytime I have needed anything fixed it is taken care right away. 5 years at Georgetown
I have lived at Arbors at Georgetown for 5 & 1/2 years. Since moving here in 2016 I have not experienced any problems at ... all. The office staff DiAndrea White and Tony Day are always professional and answers complaints right a way. They are always courteous, and easy to talk to. Any issues I have had with neighbors is taken care of asap. Maintenance staff is always available for any problems on the property.
